The Concord Group Real Estate Management Division is a services-oriented management company working exclusively with Condominium and Homeowner Associations.
The successful operation of our communities has helped to establish our track record in the industry. Through unique design and implementation of cost-effective programs, we have been successful in saving our Condominium and Homeowner Associations money by offering quality programs and contractors who specialize in common interest communities.
The property management division can design and adapt a management program to meet the needs of any Condominium or Homeowner Association.
In order to remain a leader in the business of Site Management, it is important to recognize trends in the industry. We have seen a shift where more and more Board of Directors consist of retired professionals and seek increased involvement in the day to day activities of the Association. If the Association elects to modify its services and take advantage of a combination of Consulting and Accounting, it can reduce its overall cost of Site Management Services and provide for the active involvement of the Board of Directors.
Our Long Range Plan focuses on The Concord Group's ability to provide Full Service Packages,Consulting Services as well as Specialized Accounting Services.
The management division strives to increase property values, open communications between Board members and unit owners, and provide services by utilizing a departmentalized system and team approach to handle the day-to-day activities of each Association. This allows managers to visit their Associations and remain in step with the ever-changing environment that affects the Associations operations, procedures and asset evaluations.
